The Dia-Compe 990 U-Brake is one of the best for freestyle bmx riding. Cold forged arms that will work for front or rear braking applications. Dual spring tension adjustment. Bolt on pads (threaded). Available in silver, black, black with green pads, or in the Fiesta version with special hardware. Odyssey Evolver U Brake. Lower overall stack height (in comparison to 990's.). Flush front surface. More brake pad adjustment fore and aft. Forged aluminum construction for greater durability and improved braking power. Modular cable hardware allows for unlimited setup possibilities. Spring tension indicators provide a more obvious means of assembly and adjustment. Shorter arms to avoid sprocket contact. Straight cable paths for improved brake modulation. Comes with 2 spring sets: 1. Heavy Weight (fast response lock-up for abubacas, fufanus etc...) 2.
